Do You Like Being Pampered?

You will love living on a cruise ship! Find comfortable accommodations in your stateroom or suite. You'll have freedom from many of the daily tasks and much of the strife of life: no lawns to mow, leaves to rake, snow to shovel, cows to milk, housekeeping chores, or telemarketing calls. Daytime onboard activities are included along with nightly entertainment

Do You Have Management Skills?

We need them! Committees are being formed and many are already working. The Board of Directors represents all WYC Shareholders.

Fractional Ownership

Our Fractional Ownership plans allow you to purchase for full-time, a few months, or a week or two. Unused time can be sold or 'gifted' to friends or business associates, or you can rent idle time to offset costs.

World Yacht Club Ships

are presently or recently cruising full-service with the amenities you expect. As an "Owner" you will enjoy the privileges of a private yacht owner and have input into the itinerary and general management through 20 committees and board of directors established for the purpose.

The captain and crew take care of ship operations, maintenance, and hotel services. Cruise Ship Condos will arrange annual maintenance, staffing, provisioning and itinerary arrangements. To keep the acquisition and operating costs low we propose an "experienced ship" and a leisurely schedule with plenty of time to explore and really get to know the Ports of Call.
