Financial Service Company is a fulfillment, recovery and enforcement firm.
In Addition to instruments from our own operations we  purchase judgments.  We are not a collection agency and not restricted by FDCPA (Federal Debt Collection Practices Act)

Our principals collectively have more than 10 decades of pertinent business and professional experience. 
We are comfortable in the courtroom and with the legal system.  Our professional staff and Associates include Attorneys, and Senior Financial Analyst have 18 years of collection experience.  We are networked and have access to 100's of public and private databases enabling rapid skip tracing and asset location.  Strategic Alliances provide specialized assistance when needed.

We are currently looking for employees for all positions 

JUDGMENT ASSIGNMENTS provide for a “split” of the Judgment face value (amount of the court award) plus statutory interest or interest at a rate shown on the judgment.  The “split” is generally 50% for the judgment creditor and 50% for Financial Service Company.  Our share is currently allocated according to the following schedule as the funds are received and verified.  As Financial Service Company matures and the scope of our activities, methods of operating the business and objectives of the company including management and agents change these percentages may change.  The percentages shown is the amount of the companies income currently allocated to the positions.

10% ~ SOURCING OF JUDGMENTS - JOB DESCRIPTION - TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Sourcing judgments or Court ordered Support Payments, obtaining Signed Agreement for Assignment and Assignment of Judgment, preparing activity reports.  You will receive a percentage of the payments on any judgments you secure as well as additional business from that client as long as you are an active employee.  Most of this work can be done from home.  This responsibility can be included with

35% ~ JUDGMENT FULFILLMENT - TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Locating the Judgment Debtor and Financial Assets, preparing the documentation, arranging for service of process 

15% ~ EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Oversight of all activities including but not necessarily limited to management and administration of operations, hiring, training and motivating staff and employees, preparation of operating statements and balance sheets, and judgment sourcing and fulfillment of his own account. 

40% ~ FINANCIAL SERVICE COMPANY - TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ General Administration and Management of the Company, planning for growth.  The company will provide tools and resources, marketing not to preclude the efforts of ICA, including web and periodical advertising, search and background checks resources, legal, accounting and other professional services.
