Subject: Judicial money judgment
Dear Sir:
Enclosed, attached and at
www.nwdir.com/financialservice.htm are the
Agreement for Judgment Assignment, Assignment of
Judgment, and Debtor Information Form. Please
print three copies of the Agreement and
assignment and one copy of the debtor
information form plus copies for your own file.
Print your name, title, firm name (if the
judgment is in the name of a firm), date and
sign all three copies of the Agreement and
Assignment and mail with a copy of the Judgment
and other appropriate information and documents
to the above address.
When the assignment is accepted we will file one
copy with the court and return a signed copy for
your file. As soon as we receive the assignment
we will begin the process. You can expedite the
process by faxing or emailing advance copies of
the forms to us. You will be advised of our
progress.
Any information about the Debtor, his present
location, contact information, names and contact
information of friends and relatives, his
employer, usual occupation, bank accounts,
savings, personal property (boats, airplane,
RV), real estate owned or other information you
believe would be helpful in locating the debtor
or assets. Most important is a social number,
drivers license, last known address and phone
numbers so we can be assured we are working on
the proper individual or firm.
Any money we receive including interest is
shared with you as it is received. You will be
paid as soon as funds are verified. We pay all
costs of collection including court costs, legal
fees, filing and service of process, locating
the Judgment Debtor, skip tracing, location of
assets, preparation of documents to secure
funds, and the Satisfaction of Judgment to be
filed with the Court after payment in full.
