M/Y ENDEAVOR ~ CHARTER – PURCHASE PROGRAM

This program is developed to enable a person who charters to purchase a Yacht Share with the same cash flow as there would be in the charter of a similar vessel.  If you use Endeavor only 7 weeks in the next 3 years you will own a 10% share. 

The 45’ Prima Sundeck Motor Yacht ‘Endeavor.’   Moored Skyline at Anacortes,  45 minutes from the San Juan’s and 1 hour 45 minutes from Canadian Gulf Islands.  (BC Sunshine Coast in July this year)

FEATURES: Professionally Managed!  Two ‘ensuite’ staterooms, (sleeps 10 ‘family style’)  Thermostatically controlled heat, fully equipped galley, gas BBQ, TV w/ DVD w/ I-Pod connection, computer with broadband internet service, large screen GPS, autopilot, radar, genset and inverter, linens, towels, and consumables furnished.  Personal training available, skippers can join your group until you are ready to ‘solo’.

SCHEDULE:  Depart Saturday at noon – Return  Friday noon (You can sleep aboard Friday night and return Friday night, if no pending trip booked).

HOUSEKEEPING:  When you return  complete log entries, wash down topsides and windows to remove salt, make certain it is securely moored, shore power cord plugged in, take your personal gear and leave.   We will change linen, cleaning and preparing the yacht for the next trip.
“Turns” are $75.  Extra charges as needed: refueling $35, pumping holding tank $15, dive to inspect bottom and running gear $50.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Post a $3,000 security / insurance deposit.  Pay discounted rates (shown below) as you use the vessel.  100% of Security Deposit and charter fees apply to your purchase equity!   ¾% interest / month charged on declining balance.  Total balance is due in 36 months.   5 weeks of usage and you have paid for your yacht!   All Owners become Directors on the Board of Directors and are eligible for election as an officer.  Maintenance Fee $200 / month (first and last in advance)

To initiate this program give us a call to view the yacht and on approval pay the $3,000 security deposit and $400 for the first and last months maintenance fee.
