ARTICLE I - NAME AND PRINCIPAL OFFICE

1.01. Name. The name of the corporation is World Yacht Club Ltd

1.02. Principal Office. The principal office of the corporation will be the ship in the country of Registry. 
The temporary address is 6234 138th Ave NE, Suite 193, Redmond WA 98052.

ARTICLE II - DEFINITIONS

2.01. "Code" means the Country of Registry of the ships acquired..

2.02. "Declarant", subject to the terms and provisions of the Declaration (including without limitation, the Section entitled "Declarant" of the Article entitled "Additional Definitions" of the Declaration), means Cruise Ship Condos, a division of NWDir.com LLC.

2.03. "Declaration" means that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for World Yacht Club Ltd, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

2.04. The definitions contained in the Declaration, including without limitation, those in the Article entitled "Additional Definitions" of the Declaration, are incorporated herein by this reference.
